Land Reforms

The main objective of the Department of Revenue and Land Reform is to provide transparent, sensitive and active land management system to the citizens. Government has implemented the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009 for the speedy and smooth execution of land disputes. Similarly, the Bihar Land Tribunal Act of 2009 has been implemented with the aim of reducing the pressure on the judicial system of the state and arranging a conspicuous platform for matters related to land related matters.
